What to pack in December for Honolulu?

I will be in Honolulu for Christmas, wondering what kinds of things I should pack? Will the weather be warm enough for dresses and shorts?

Daytime weather will be plenty warm for dresses and shorts as a rule, especially compared to AB. You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket for evenings and a pair or two of lightweight long pants. We used to just wear long pants on the plane so we%26#39;d have them but didn%26#39;t have to pack them.

What to pack in December for Honolulu?

We%26#39;re going in December, too. Been there in Feb and Mar ... but never December. Anyway -- lightweight cottons. Breathable fabrics. Shorts, T-shirts, capris, cotton tops - short sleeves or sleeveless. A light rain jacket (poncho). A lightweight sweater. Sandals, flip-flops, tennies and socks (for after I get the blisters from wearing my sandals!). Bathing suit. Consider what you might layer, should you need a little extra warmth. And you%26#39;ll need layers for the plane.

the best thing in the world about Hawaii, is you can pretty well pack and wear the same stuff no matter what month you there!!

A sweater and a light rain jacket are a good idea, but shorts and bathing suits are always a must.

Have fun !The hardest thing will be walking from your parked car in Edmonton at the airport to the terminal without your heavy coat( leave it in the car) or boots.. LOL
