Renovation at Kahala resort

According to Kahala Resort website; ';As of March 15, 2008: The Kahala鈥檚 Tower Wing rooms and suites are now completely refurbished. The Dolphin Wing rooms, will continue to be available for booking for dates of stay between now and August 31. These rooms and suites will re-open in the new Kahala Chic style at the end of November.

There is no room or public area renovation activity at the hotel for dates between now and August 31, 2008.';

This statement implies that the Dolphin wing rooms (or other areas) will be renovated starting in September and ending in November. I contacted the hotel and they will not provide details.

We will be staying at the Kahala end of September so I am asking if anyone knows anymore details? We are travelling with a baby so any noise is going to be an issue...

Any info will help us decide if we need to pick another hotel...

...an update: The Kahala website has been updated to confirm that all rooms in the Dolphin Lagoon wing will be unavailable for renovations from 9/1 to 12/10. If you have made a reservation for a beach front suite, beach front lanai, dolphin lanai, or garden king room, you will be contacted and they will upgrade you to the next available category in the Tower wing. Not sure how loud or disruptive the makeover will be (take note that the Dolphin wing wraps around the dolphin lagoon %26amp; swimming pool) but please check if you have Kahala reservations...
