where do you book for FS Fairmont or Grand Wailea?

Ok ive done my research now all i need to do is..BOOK..where does everyone get best deals for satying at Four Sasons or Fairmont or Grand Wailea..Im hoping to find the best deal out of the above mentioned hotels and book that!

This is for honeymoon for s stay in Feb 2009

Hi. Don%26#39;t know about GW or Fairmount, but we booked Four Seasons by calling the hotel directly. The rates %26amp; packages were exactly the same as on line but as I needed 2 rooms connecting I just called them.

We booked Four Seasons through a Virtuoso travel agent and received complimentary breakfast for 2 each morning. For this benefit, we had to book at least a partial ocean view room at the standard rate. It was well worth it. If you go through the hotel, the breakfast package is about $50 per night more.

Probably Expedia gives good rates. However,I just booked days at BOTH these places (for next week). Seemed to get best rates by calling -- they lowered rate from what was showing on their own site. Always at least try calling and asking nicely for ';best'; or special rate. And be sure u are talking to reservations at the hotel itself, not a corporate HQ number.

call the hotel directly - ask to speak to a manager. Say it is your honeymoon and what is the best offer on the table? Typically, you%26#39;ll pay the same price on Expedia - but you MIGHT get upgraded. It worked for me, but you never know. And I just love talking to the staff at FS - they are so nice!!

thanks for everyones information - i will call hotel directly and see what they say - i cannot believe thier internet rate is more expensive than four seasons? to me that seems strange - Fairmont must be pretty special??..

At the Fairmont Kea Lani you will have a 2 room suite (bedroom and living room) and the bathrooms are huge! Twin sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower! At the Fairmont Kea Lani you will also have a wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker and compact refrigerator in all suites.

When I called the 4S it was the same exact price as online. No discounts, no nothing! :-( This is for the first part of February. Also, their 6th night free package was soldout by the time I even looked at their website so who knows how long that had been going on. Also, expedia and all those other sites doesn%26#39;t even have 4S listed as a hotel!! I%26#39;ve seen GW and Fairmont on expedia for good deals.
