I am surprised no others have posted this.
The Today show (matt lauer and the like) reported today that major carriers (specifically mentioned American, Continental and United) will be cutting 25% of the flights to Hawaii starting next week. They even cited the fact that just because a route is full does not make it safe. In general the airlines are cutting leisure destinations because even a full plane does not make money.
Any other agencies reporting this?
I looked on Americans web site and didn%26#39;t even see a press release.
