We have a ressie at the Marriott but still not sure. So with 2 kids ages 10 and 6 and first time to Hawaii which one is better. Pools and Beach wise. We do like to venture out and haven%26#39;t decided to rent a car yet or not. Do they both offer shuttle service or I know you can walk from one of them I think.
Sheraton or Marriott Beach Club
The Sheraton is a wonderful hotel. Named Sheraton%26#39;s best U.S. hotel. I could go on and on ...
But, I saw the early posts about the pools ... and Sheraton%26#39;s is not decked out for kids ... no slides and other amusements. Please refer to those posts. (It is a very nice pool, though - large and meandering.)
Sheraton or Marriott Beach Club
If the Marriott you mention is the one in Kaanapali I would stick with the Marriott. What type of accommodations do you have? Even if you have the studio lock off versus the 1 bedroom there will be a king size bed and a pull out couch with a small refrigerator and microwave. The pool is wonderful and the kids will love it! They have a couple of restaurants on site as well. The Sheraton is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and is a large and spread out resort. You really can%26#39;t go wrong with either choice but with 2 kids I would choose the Marriott.
