nice condos near Sheraton Poipu

we are staying at Sheraton. my folks are rooming with my brother. our wish is to find a larger place for them to stay since there are no rooms with a sofa bed at Sheraton and the double rooms are 2 DOUBLE beds, not queens. not an option for my parents. we would like to find a nice condo next door to Sheraton, preferably a two bedroom. any suggestions? thanks!

There are many nice condos close to the Sheraton. Kiahuna Plantation is next to the Sheraton and has 1 and 2 bedroom units. We have not stayed there but have had friends say good things about it. It has a great beach where we%26#39;ve taken surf lessons.

Agree, you might check into having them stay at the Kiahuna Plantation, which is next door to the Sheraton.

They are on the beach, with a short walk over to the Poipu Shopping Village

And, right on the property is a wonderful special restaurant Plantation Gardens.

Absolutely perfect situation. Couldn%26#39;t be better.

Another vote for Kiahuna. I strongly suggest that you book a unit overlooking the main lawn area. Not only will that put your family closer to the Sheraton, but they should avoid any road noise problems. the best way to assure your location is book with an owner vs. the Outrigger.

Try VRBO.com or cyrberrentals.com to find an owner. I love these sights because they usually have lots of photos of their unit so you know what you%26#39;re getting.

I%26#39;ll put in my 2 cents here also for Kiahuna Plantation -- right next door to the Sheraton and the pathway connects the two seamlessly - try to stay away from the units closest to Po%26#39;ipu Road because of the traffic noise, but other than that - they are all beautiful. Do bear in mind that the majority of them I believe do not have a/c if that is important to you.

Kiahuna Beach was our favorite south shore beach (in front of the Sheraton and Kiahuna Plantation.) With you staying at the Sheraton and the others staying at Kiahuna Plantation it will almost like being at one resort. We didn%26#39;t see a unit there, but thought that the buildings and grounds/gardens looked very nice....lots of nice lawn to sit on and enjoy the ocean view!

Thanks for all the input. we all decided on Sheraton. since there is no A/C at Kiahuna Plantation, that made the decision. last year we stayed in N. shore condo and had no A/C....ended up moving to Princeville resort. we are from good ole hot Texas and have to have A/C!
