i am heading to the Sheraton for 7 nights starting may 22nd. I am looking for as many suggestions on things to do while we are there-including day trips, spas, dinner places, hikes...any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Right above the heading is a search box. Put in restaurants in Poipu, spas, hiking etc and all the past threads will come up. There has been so much written about all these topics lately. A few TA readers have written wonderful blogs. Jen, Lisabee, Quincymom to name a few. I also suggest you buy a guide book.
One place I would look into going for dinner in Poipu is Beach House. Make reservations at least 2 weeks ahead.

Jebett is right on! There is just too much information about Kauai and the information you are seeking to be answered in a post here. Read a few guidebooks, do some searching in the search box, then if you have any unanswered, specific questions post again in this forum. There%26#39;ll also be tons of information about excursions in the forms of brochures at the Lihue airport when you arrive.
