Searched and didn%26#39;t find it. Does anyone know if the restrooms at Pua%26#39;a Ka%26#39;a State Wayside are re-opened yet?

Well, when I was there in April 2007 they were closed. I%26#39;d think they would be open by now, but it%26#39;s Hawaii Time, ya know.
