Family of 5-House or condo $250/nt or less?

We usually go to Maui, so I am more familiar with that Island. But, we are excited to shoe the kids Oahu. Need some help on where to stay. Is Ewa Beach a good place to rent a house? Quiet is okay. We want oceanfront. Any suggestions for oceanfront condos (Waikiki)? Don%26#39;t need fancy, just clean. Mahalo!

I would stick to areas like Waikiki, Kailua, Waimanalo, Kahaluu, Haleiwa, Mokuleia.

Check a map of O`ahu and then check Craig%26#39;s List and the local newspaper (Honolulu Advertiser-vacation rentals).

Some condos have rules about vacation rentals and only allow minimum stays of 90 days.
