Mahana - Great deal!

It seems that the condo owners are suffering due to loss of business with the demise of the airlines and the economy in general. I am renting from a Mahana owner a one bedroom, eleventh floor unit that looks beautiful on the website. I have stayed at the Mahana twice before, but not this unit. I can%26#39;t say enough about the place, the view is totally amazing. The owner has significantly lowered her price and has a summmer special of $165 per night that she just posted. This is down from her previous rate of 199 (which was not bad to begin with). She was willing to compromise on my contracted rate.

I actually called this owner and got an awesome deal as well. So far she%26#39;s been very accomodating.

Thats great for you and for her. Actually, you probably got a better deal than me as I reserved last Fall and did not get the bargain $165 rate, but close to it.

Let her know you got the tip off Trip Advisor, it may help me somewhere down the line.
