just wondering if anyone who has stayed recently-Mom2Travel? had a fridge in room? Or if they are available, also in room safes? Thanks for the info
Hilton Hawaiian Village- Fridges in rooms?
There was a fridge in my room and a safe. I stayed in the rainbow tower. I think they are standard in all the rooms.
Hilton Hawaiian Village- Fridges in rooms?
thanks for the info- getting info together for my Mom and daughter who will be there in Nov
Just returned from four days in the Tapa Tower, and yes, our room had a mini-refrigerator. If you check the hotel website, and go to your specific room category, click room amenities, and you will be shown a list of all items your room will have, as well as pretty accurate photos of the room. I%26#39;ve stayed in both the Rainbow Tower and the Tapa Tower, and both rooms had mini-fridges and in-room safes.

Yes, we had a fridge in the room in both the Kalia and Rainbow towers. They are small, like a dorm fridge (the square ones).
As for the in-room safes, the one in Kalia Tower said it had an associated charge (I think you had to scan a cc to open/close); we were only in that room one night so didn%26#39;t need/use it. The safe in the Rainbow Tower was complimentary, your typical come up with a 4-digit pin kind. Ours kept giving us a ';battery low'; warning toward the end, but opened and closed just fine, although we did need to try twice a couple times (never remembered to call the desk as were always on our way to/from someone when using the safe...).
I stayed in the Rainbow Tower last week. The room had a small fridge and safe.
Don%26#39;t stay in the Rainbow Tower until you confirm the renovation is completed. They are replacing air conditioning/heating units and remodeling the very tired bathrooms.
No joke - from my corner ';00'; room I could see toilets....yes, toilets sitting out on balconies below! I submitted a review on the 8th which includes pictures. It hasn%26#39;t been approved yet. I%26#39;m starting to think it won%26#39;t be since the HHV is rated so highly by others.
We were there in June and stayed in the Kalia tower. We had a large fridge/freezer and a safe in the bathroom.
