how long is a tour with all the stops and where to eat and the places to see,local food cuisine ,cheap eats starting in waikiki,my familys first time, we will be here sep 20 to 27 and jellyfish on full moon around that week as far as activities in the water go will not be a good time,please give advise

If you mean all around the windward coast and the north shore to Haleiwa and back to Waikiki, that is a full day. Plan to have dinner in Haleiwa and drive back after sunset. Your best choices are Haleiwa Joe%26#39;s or Jamison%26#39;s. They are not cheap.
As far as meals are concerned, recommend you look at the Ultimate Kauai book for guidance there to find food that suits your taste/price.

Jellyfish will arrive about 8-10 days after the full moon. They stay 2-3 days. Usually they are on the south shore beaches, but sometimes on the Windward %26amp; Leeward beaches. But they are bad only for a day or 2. Lifeguards will post signs at beaches warning you to stay out of the water if the jellyfish are bad. Watch weather reports on TV.
